Amal journey has a positive impact on my professional skills. It has polished my soft skills and made me confident to step in the professional life with passion and diversity the knowledge of growth.

I enjoyed the whole journey and did it with great passion, interest and try to absorb the minute point which is necessary for this growth. So , I would like to write about my last session which was called “Taking Flight”. It was the different session from all the previous sessions and I like the energy of our fellows. Our facilitators talked about different things and they assigned us few interactive games in which everybody was engaged and they enjoyed these things. And I was the one who broke the ice in the beginning and shed some light on the ideas that I have in my mind. I connected all previous experiences that how I overcame my fears and anxiety throughout the fellowship with using different techniques which were taught in this fellowship. When you talk about your efforts to learn something it always gives you positive energy to your soul because you feel good and motivated. These feelings are emotions and important part of our lives. Some emotions are positive and some are negative but positive emotions feel good and they give us energy to perform well in different fields of life. Sometimes it is an important step to connect and elevate your emotions for positivity even without considering your work. It is an important part for your emotional support because this approach plays a vital role in your social and emotional growth and connectivity. This helps you to gather your confidence and trust on your abilities through which you can find goals and then start your struggle to achieve them.

I will keep in touch with Amal Family through different mediums such as Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. We have very close bonding with our circles members as well as other fellows as well. We helped each other in different ways throughout the fellowship. Fellows share different information regarding jobs and opportunities to work in different fields so this is a strong connection with Amal family.

Life is a process of constant transition from one phase to another so , to grow fast with this competitive environment every individual needs to learn more and by implementing all these learning skills and values , someone can make a better position in their work place . Similarly, I learnt a lot from this amazing journey and I will implement all these skills in my professional life such as , I learnt about the importance of cover letter , resume writing, gratitude through different different ways like email, adding relevant stories in your conversation to make it energetic, prior knowledge of the desired field, and the mock interviews and sessions of guidance helped a lot to learn all these skills because they are important and effective tools to develop your professional growth.

So, I will definitely apply all these important rules and gesture in my professional career so that I can grow and excel in my future life.
